Who is Chawal wale baba....?

This Chawal wale baba is distributing rice for Re 1 to all below poverty line. Because of which there are no economical servants in entire Chhattisgarh. Everyone has now opened their own Rice-Dal stall and no one interested to make effort for work and earn.

In short he has made all citizen so lazy that they won't even make any protest against the government.

The rs.1 per kg for rice was first introduced in TN and the others followed similarly in 1960's to encourage the parents to send their kids to school mid school meal was introduced.

Reason behind distributing freebies is never to encourage citizen or do something good for them. It's to keep them engaged and mouth shut.

If you are not hungry, you will never think or earning and same is happening in all these states where grains are being distributed for free. Instead they kept distributing these small things and busy is looting bigger things like mines, real estate etc.
