Its a good decision.

Yes. Not only ban should be on consumption but on production too.

Bihar has banned the consumption but production is happening and govt is still earning by flooding it in nearby states.

This will not happen. Most of the government will not afford to loose revenue generated by it's sale. Sales of liquor is more in Gujarat but government getting nothing because of ban.

Atleast he is thinking. I think he should implement this and look alternate ways for state revenue.
