Only 2 years. So, Tata Sky didn't even used this satellite for 10 years.

maybe TS use GSAT10 as backup . they don't need it now coz mpeg4 migration

I too have the same feeling because I have full trust on ISRO. They won't be able to provide any satellite in next 2 years. So, Tata Sky must have kept that in backup after existing one is exhausted.
