U r problem was that the All new HD channels were not coming at the time of Addition

But here that HD channels was coming till yesterday and only some new HD channels not coming..

I called to my LCO
And when I was on call he asked me about some LCN where I'm seeing Black Screen and when I switched to that Channel , the problem was resolved..

No, CC gave me shitty advice to reboot set top box to get signals. I immediately disconnected call..they simply don't care. I tried resetting set top box and asked LCO too, he said he will tell MSO about the problem...no solutions till now.
