Some militants today attacked an Army camp in Langate, north Kashmir's Kupwara district, prompting security forces to retaliate.
"At around 5 AM, militants opened firing on an army camp at Langate in Kupwara district, which was retaliated by the alert jawans," an army official said. "The troops were alert and the attack was foiled," the official said.
3 terrorists have been killed and a huge cache of arms and ammunition recovered.
