you need a practice for doing it..i know it because i went to yoga class for two days and then didnt go back,.,

That hot Yoga I guess. We have nude Yoga also taught by some Indians in outside countries.

Seriously Nude yoga is very difficult to do as i requires loads of concentration and focus. One who masters this will be able to conquer any thing under the sun
