HELP Has 2 new TPs malfunctioned?

This is what I'm wondering. Especially when some channels are being asked why they are not on d2h, they seemingly has replied that what they understand from d2h is the unavailibilty of space for not adding them. Another thing I see is the shuffling of channels between the TPs. Dunno the exact idea behind. Can some experts have a say on this? Thanks

Out of 2 TP, 1 is already being used and another 1 is having signals but no channels

They will loose more and more customers coz buying dth is not that costly thing.... so people can switch to other dth easily....
