both parties agree that this case cannot be taken as a basis for future deals with others. According to officials from both Hathway and Star, the Rs 27 CPS deal cannot be applied to other distribution platform operators.

Means hapily or unhappily both are satisfied and will continue. So, Hathway may soon workout plan and make everyone happy.

Nope bro. they can't Broadcaster have solid reason to defend this like popular content. high aquisition cost etc

Regarding RIO, their pricing is already fixed.

Its not right Bro. did you see SONY or TEN fights with any service providers for money if Service Providers like Hathway not interested then its exceptions but did you see any other case with these 2 except STAR.

When dishtv's deal with STAR SPORTS were over at 2011, dishtv wants to continue the same deal with them I think that deal were around Rs. 25 - Rs. 27 CPS but STAR ask more by the name of TRAI's ruling because before there were no such ruling, dishtv won't sign that deal and STAR blackmail them by senting a notice to discontinue the signals for No Agreement since then drama continues between STAR and dishtv but I blame STAR only because I am following them since last 1 decade and always found their STAR WARS with operators. :bang:
