that guy either ask for STB PICs Or Sometimes diagnostic Information, but he never post anything from his end, just time pass here .I am really curious to know that do you maintain a album of STB Pics
Everytime some one share about ant STB, you pop up from nowhere asking for STB pics

Best universal remotes of 2015 - CNETGuys , is their any remote with which we can start T.V and also Hathway Set-Top Box?
Single remote and Operations must be two ---- restarting T.V and SET-TOP Box at a time ?
Please Help in this regard, as it is difficult in using two remotes every day
Hatway used to sell universal remote before. I am not sure if they still do. You can check with Hathway head office.

The one that came with my HDS-6300 STB has kind of mini universal remote. I can turn on/off my Samsung TV and also change Input source. I guess those two function should suffice the need since channels and volumes can be controlled on STB.
STB came with manual that explained how to configure buttons, I guess i can configure few other other buttons(purple one) but never felt the need
