Hello All,

I recently took a Hathway connect with set top box, the star tv channels says (no signal) especially (127 Star Vijay). Is it not available at hyd or is it a network issue, please advice how to fix it. The customer care no is pathetic, no one picks it up, any suggestion how to get resolve this issue.

Star vijay is there in Hyderabad but it is blocked and available as ala carte.Talk with your LCO and he will tell the Hathway office to add this channel.I think Hathway is preparing packages feb month onwards and you will get all star channels in packages.

Dear Hathway Users:

NDTV Channels are running a scroll stating that "if there are any problems that HATHWAY subscribers are facing like audio/video problem, pixelating please contact your cable operator. NDTV has no issues from their side."

I am facing some audio/video glitches on NDTV Good Times and NDTV 24x7. Any other Hathway user please see and reply.

Note: The problem is not continuous but it is random. It stops after some time and starts again.

NDTV has mentioned entire Hathway network, so I don't know whether its a headend issue of hathway in one particular city or hathway as a whole throughout India.

Basically MSOs works individually and there control rooms are also separate according to States, it may be the problem of 1 or 2 regions. NDTV should clear for which state they're talking about.

For me, either Channel blocked is shown or its just blank.
