Hathway should change their HD LCN like if they have 1 - Star Plus
2 should be Star Plus HD
3 LifeOK
4 LifeOK HD
5 Colors
6 Colors HD
7 ZEE TV
8 ZEE TV HD
100 Star Gold
101 Star Gold HD
150 Nat Geo
151 Nat Geo HD
...and so on

Because, my mom, and other family members have difficulty in navigation. If I'm not wrong we all have that problem like if I have to watch movie on ZEE STUDIO HD I have to switch number why don't I navigate easily after my ZEE STUDIO

Isn't there option to set favourites in Hathway boxes.

It has but it's different from old SD & HD STB like first click on favorite then select favorite 1 or 2 and then press OK.
It's quite difficult for my mom. In SD my mom directly click 1 and then she directly navigate to her channels.
And, in old box their is only one favorite option we have to only click to watch channels. No need to select user and all.
