Check if you have factory reset option in settings -- system setup -- installation setup---restore factory. Password is 0000

Cisco Z255 Set top box has reset factory default option but after resetting it just show basic setup modes like choose audio mode and menu language, but no channel tuning set up screen..

hi i guess my STB software is recently updated and whenever i switch it off and switch it on the STB starts from Promo Channel and not the last channel viewed and also SUN TV is over pixelated and i am unable to see any images too and most of the channels are getting stuck during morning hours i don no wats the issue please help

That update happened long back. It's been very long.

About the pixelation and freezing, you need to ask your cable operator to check the signal.
