Hathway HD HATHWAY HD Box --- Where to Buy ?

Guys,

Where Should I buy Hathway HD Box , I mean I must Purchase from the Local Cable Operator OR else directly from the Hathway HeadOffice ?

Who will Have the control of the HD CHANNELS ? LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR OR THE HATHWAY HEAD OFFICE ?

If I face any Issues with the HD Box, then whom I must contact ? LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR OR THE HATHWAY HEAD OFFICE ?

You can buy from LCO or you can directly contact to head office also. HD channels totally controlled by Mumbai Head office but mainly they prefer local HD channels. If any problem will come first you have to contact ur LCO.

If this is the case, then I think Better to Buy from Local cable Operator Only as in case if any issues occur due to HD Box then LCO can be contacted to resolve the issues.

I dont think so..Infact LCO are forcing to take SD boxes instead of HD boxes.

They need to collect the money from customers and go to head office and activate the HD channels.if it is SD channels LCO can activate there itself.No need to contact head office.head office only get to know when LCO submits kyc form about the customer.
