yes.LCO can activate SD channels without contact hathway HO.

If you do from the Head office, then the LCO cannot enable the package of your choice from his end.

yes.because hathway selling HD STB with HD pack.we can take 1 year package or half year package that is our wish.after the completion of package it is our wish whether we have to renewal it or not.
