I have taken a new Hathway HD box in November and I paid for 1 year. I am nt getting the HD channels and the CO is not responding, he is nt coming to fix it even after months, he is the only operator here and showing high headedness, please suggest how to proceed and also is there a way to get back my money? I waited 3 mnths and cannot wait any longer.

Try to contact senior officials of Hathway. You may complain to TRAI also
There is no packs for HD channels, its a single pack, 2000/- for box and almost 2000/- for the channels for a year, it includes all HD channels
Mail to TRAI with details of your LCO and mark a copy to Hathway Nodal AP/T.
Include your VC number and receipt number.
Try calling 64580398 and speak to Hathway officials. There was this guy called Siddharth an year ago who was helpful.
