Breaking News HBO Defined and HBO Hits channels launched delayed by tata sky

guys just now i had a chat with tata sky cc regarding the addition of hbo defined and hbo hits channel, the cc guy told that dates of these two hd channels have been delayed and the channels might come at the end of this month

Dude dont post customer care chat news as breaking news.
I had a chat today in which they said they will launch today.Another chat they said they have already launched it.
Most of them dont have a clue when it will be added.
Better to trust their official twitter handle and not their customer care representatives

I think its not delayed, its postponed . As per EPG no sign of such addition in next 2 days. . . .
