One day WB will be shut down as well if they will not change their strategy. MGM has gone out of India. HBO which beams lots of HBO branded channels in other parts of the world like HBO Signature etc. is also shutting down its channels. Do you think India is not a market for English Channels ?

HBO is shutting premium chs as yhey r primarily an subscription based broadcaster all over the world, they tried the same model in India but failed.

Don't worry thru its subsidiary it will bring ad driven chs.

MGM channel is very famous outside India
But in India, due to poor strategy, they had to shut down instead of launching MGM's HD feed
