There is NO new channel subscription in the offering because technically it's HBO HITS revamped as HBO HD (they have been showing the following advertisement of the same since last one week:- So if you were getting HBO HITS in your pack or as a topup, prior to the change, you will definitely get HBO HD as it's the same channel with the same subscription fee but new branding and now with new set of movies as well.

That migration topup is free for a day only after that a daily burn rate of ₹2 starts deducting from your account balance.
