instead of Cnbc HD you can expect HBO channels.

Oh they have only one 3D channel and news channels they have many now again going to add news nation.
so why to add if they have to remove

They add such time pass channels to remove and create space for demanding channels. Keeping TP space blank give them no money whereas such channels provide carriage fee which reduce company burden while designing package pricing.
