News HBO India MD Monica Tata quits

HBO India managing director Monica Tata has put in her papers. After spending a little of over two years at the organisation, she will end her innings on 10 July. “Yes, I have resigned and will be with the company till the end of this week,” Tata told TelevisionPost.com. Tata was heading HBO Hitz and HBO Defined, both premium channels, in India. She had joined the company in April 2013. With over 24 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Tata has worked in leadership roles in Star India and Turner International India. Prior to HBO India, she had spent over nine years at Turner International India and over 11 years at Star India.
