Expected it looks like D2H will launch this channels after end of GOT Season 5 or before start of True detective S2. Hope those few more channels are all HD.

For printing channels logos, they have stopped printer?
then they should add &TV HD with HBO HD's & SD's quickly.

I really think the dealers & distributes are more of a speculators then credible ... their information might be true at times may not be true all the time ....ideally i would never trust such sources !!!
