Breaking News HD Access Fee on Videocon d2h

i'm on alacarte package , it is without base pack, i have subscribed english & telugu news channels + 3 hd channels.......as i have subscribed 3 hd channels will i still be charged HD ACCESS FEE?

Platinum HD is still availabale and new Platinum South HD @ 541 is released by d2h with all HD channels including south HD..

These 2 packs need no access fee

As of now only Platinum HD and Platinum South HD offers these channels.
