My STB was swapped with a 6666HD box 8 months back after I complained to CEO.
Perhaps they forgot to update my account.

Yeah I mailed them thrice but but everytime they reply- "Please tell the HD addon that you want to subscribe."

Just now registered a complaint via voice customer care. If it's still not resolved. I'll email to nodal officer.
