So clearly they have added additional HD logo in all such channels.

But don't the broadcasters have any complaint when they fiddle with the logo.

No bro. Tata Sky provides only genuine HD channels. Just to differenciate HD from SD they have added HD on those channels for which Broadcaster logo doesn't carry HD in the logo
