Great. After Disney+ take over in Hotstar we can find some progress. Although they're still missing with some basic features compare to other American OTT players.

Is Dolby Vision higher version of Dolby Atmos ?

Dolby vision is related to resolution. HDR is open source and dolby has done some custom changes for Dolby vision. Dolby vision is HDR only. Dolby Atmos as you know it is sound related.
