Help: About Digital cable

Hello Friends
i am confused
plz Tell me the of this Ques.
if Power is gone in my area(also in Cable
operter) & i have power inverter. Is Digital
STB channel will work ??
Like- If power is gone than Analog cable is
not working, so Digital stb will work if we
have power inverter ??

yes, digital cable too has blackout incase of power failure at lco.

Well if the Cable operater have the alternative of Power supply ie: Genarator or any other equipments then surely users like u who have Inverter will get channels.

but this is not possible on lco side.lco also in your area so he dont want to invest more.

Actually Big Digital Cable walas having equipment to give signals with in Power off times also.Very few MCOs(Local)mite not having this facility.we can see if we have invertor in power cut.

Actually the Cable operator should have a Online UPS with 5-6 Hours Backup or a (Sine Wave) Inverter .
