Help: channels are freezing

My Airtel connection which is currently with my friend giving problem.
There was signal problem but now i set set up dish but channels are freezes and stopping like bad CD.
Signal strength is 74 and quality is 55 but no uses. Any one did face same?

check if there is any obstruction in the line of beam. Even with a quality of 35 - 40 the channels dont freeze, I ve experienced it, as the beam is strong.

I, too, have noticed that the picture gets scratched for a friction of a second every now and than.
My signal is 80/60.

may b the dish alignment is not correct.

I done all things, factory store reset, software update, dish set up even dish set up done many time.

Check the cable and F -Connectors.
