I think Both Same From Cisco Made it Hardware and Software
My choice is go with Tata sky

They both have software from Cisco.
Hardware of Tata Sky is manufactured by Technicolor or Samsung. I don't know who is manufacturing current STBs of Tata Sky.
Yes. But after deducting LTR benefits. And also they didn't pay anything for STB and antenna.

Both Hardware and Software Tatasky and Airtel are on same page. With respect to PQ Airtel stands ahead on small percentile. Only drawback in Airtel is their logo.
