There is no such option here to reset. If you know how to reset pls guide me the process and i will try to do that.

We already advised him the same day before yesterday. He said similar issues 2 days back and it was resolved by him only. So, i think he need to check his Desktop/laptop with a IT expert what malware is causing all these issues.
