Help Needed for getting Dolby Audio on my new HD Box

i think i need a digital spdif coaxial to optical toslink audio converter since my stb has spdif coaxial cable and my ht has optical in cable port..till then shld deal with 2.1 channel sound.. it would be nice if d2h provided audio via hdmi cable.. its a far better

My connections are tv to ht via hdmi
Tv to stb via hdmi
Spdif stb to spdif in home theatre coaxial cable still not getting dolby sound
Have 2244rf box do we get dolby via hdmi? Or does it support optical cable??
Home theatre has hdmi out and optical IN port
Tv has 2 hdmi ports

Please post your TV and hometheater model numbers so that someone will help you.

Try HDMI to TV and Optical to HT. And don't forget to select surround sound option in setting to make Dolby Digital default sound on channels.

These COAXIAL SPDIF TO OPTICAL TOSLINK AUDIO CONVERTER will work as well but it costs around Rs. 1200 on ebay.
Try searching for it in local shops.
