HELP [Help] Switching to AirTel from Tata Sky

Hello everyone

Currently I'm using Tata Sky + HD and now I'm planning to switch to AirTel Digital TV. Can you guys please help me in taking the decision.

As you all know Tata Sky is not adding any new channel. Now I want to know does AirTel add new channel quickly?

Also I think AirTel and Tata Sky HD + boxes are quite similar. Both have similar interfaces. So I want to know whether all Tata Sky + HD features are available in AirTel such as Series Recording, etc?

Please guys tell me, would switching to AirTel from Tata Sky a wise decision? Will I miss something if I switch to AirTel?

"tatasky is not adding new chanels", if it is ur concern,then no need to go for Airtel. because, mpeg4 migration process is going on quickly in tatasky,so there are bundle of channels will come in very near future..we are expecting new channels from TS before end of this month

Kindly think twice before moving. Ya I agree that TS is not providing enough channels. But thats not an issue any more. Just in few more months they are expanding their fleet.

Also on clarity basis TS has improved a lot by providing Firmware in which you can select Motion rate according to the TV which gives you better clarity.

Both TS & ADTV will soon give you the same service in very near future.

One thing I must say. If you really miss lot many channels which are present on ADTV and not on Tata sky and planning to increase your budget go for it.

And if after doing the above you won't have time to watch better stick to the existing operator.

Adtv us economical and that's the major plus. on no the contrary Adtv screws up the audio and low freq sounds intolerable.

You have to pay near about ₹10000 [HD+ and pack] but benefit is only that you can watch some extra channels. But those channels will be available on tata sky from march april next year its confirm so for 1 year if want to pay more 6000 [stb cost] then go ahead because quality wise airtel and tata sky are same but visit, helpline services of airtel are very bad
