HELP [Help] Switching to AirTel from Tata Sky

I have used almost all the dth and found Airtel the best. There might be one or two negative points (which every dth service one way or the other has) but the plus points overcome those. I am not sure about the future but at present you will get your money worth. If tata sky can expand the channels and services in next few months why airtel can't. The final decision is up to you if you go for it or not I have just shared my personal experience.

I wud suggest... to wait for 2 more months, if u have waited for this long... u can wait few more days.
This is bcoz, GSAT is launching 2 more satellites, in next few days, GSAT 14 and GSAT7. One of these is bound to come to 83e, orbital location for Tata Sky.

Also, MPEG4 is being implemented.
So, expect lots of channels in short while from now....

But, still if u want to migrate... u should go for ADTV. For HD, better go for Videocon d2h HD.
If u dont want cricket... u can also go for DishTV HD.....

Thanks guys for your suggestions. As most of the people at all DTH forums are telling that Tata Sky is going to add more channels very soon, I think I should stick with Tata Sky atm.

PS: I miss HBO Defined and HBO Hits on Tata Sky which is the main reason behind the switch.

dont miss hbo hits and hbo defined these are useless channels. The movies shown in these can be watched an other movie channels also. they repeat the same movies again and again. No need to pay premium rates for these channels.
