Are u sure SD is charging for HEVC replacement ??? What if the users doesnt want to change ??? he will shift to another operator. SD will be the looser

old subscribers are not getting HD channels

If the new Stb is charged and if the existing subscribers don't opt for it, will the subscribers be able to get all channels with old STB.

Ohh then TS should give free replacement after all its they who are changing their systems why should customer pay for it. If not then they will end up loosing their customers. I have 1 yr pack for all channels except specials - if between the subscription they stop showing few channels due to this reason it will be against the terms of the contract.
