HELP How to change channel frequency in tata sky?

I am facing problems due to rain..some channels are not working properly while raining...but only ZEE MARATHI HD works fine all d time..
why is this happening?? I cant watch Star sports continuously in bad weather..but zee marathi plays very well. Is there any channels frequency settings?
plz help me...I dont want to miss World cup matches

you need to get the ODU alignment done as signal quality must be low.
