HELP How to join two different d2h id?

I have two d2h connection i.e d2h hd box n d2h 500gb dvr with different id's. I want to join them in a single connection (under same id). I think it's possible. Can anyone help me about this. I want to know the process n cost?

It's free. You will require to mail d2h all the details I.e both the customer I'd and the one which you would like to keep with you.

Mail them on their customer care I'd .

But as I already have two different connections with different packs, balance, dish, n stb... Is it really easy as you described?
N i have some doubt about the charges... Because d2h now started collecting money from every possible way! So they will provide it for free... Is not it strange?

It free. That I can assure but if package is different, that clarification can be given by them only. I am outsource about it.

So, mail them and they will confirm you. This is new thing so whatever outcome come, pls post here. I too would like to know how it goes.

You should be able to merge two accounts. But I guess you will have same pack on both connections and one of them will be treated as child connection.

I am too expecting the same. But I think there should be an option to either opt for mirror pack or select different pack.

Thanks everyone for their valuable suggestions. I have different packs in this two connections. Dvr is with platinum hd n hd box is with gold+sports hd (i replaced my normal box n got that hd box with 6 months free gold +sports hd pack) .

Why dont you contact them right away via mail or call? You can just ask them what exactly can be done. Whether you will decide on it will be completely your decision. At least you will get to know the options you have before you.
