HELP How to restore back .VCF Files Numbers in Phone Book

Its a long method via bluetooth I needs to transfer the file to other phone then again from it.

You have too if no option in phone

I think Bluetooth is the best option. Else 2nd option is to restore vcf in Outlook and then sync Phone with Outlook.

Via Bluetooth only I able to restore my numbers.
