no not yet but thinking to flash cm-9.1.0-i9300.zip form CyanogenMod Downloads

Flash it then. Its fast, clean and battery saver.
But it will convert your phone into Nexus and some of the S3 feature will not work. But again it thrilling to experience somethings new.
Do not forget to make complete backup in SD card through CWM Recovery.

I flashed not cm-9.1.0 but cm 10.2. I find my cell was fast. But went back to my back up as I was missing FM. which is the most app used in my mobile. also I see that these ROM don't install Google play and I struggled to get Google contacts as there was no option to get.
So I want to get jelly bean 4.3 but before I want to make sure it has FM in it.
By the way cm-9.1 was ICS so I flashed 10.2.

4.3 is still not fully compatible with all apps.
So, it's better to go with 10.1. Radio app is separately available but process is little bit complicated.
Also you need to flash gapps everytime you flash a new ROM.

I will search for Radio app before flashing again.
As IM bro you ild battery is really last long in cm10.2 ROM. Now when i reverted back I already see the change.
