I changed to d2h for getting 22 HD...but u guys moved one HD for one premiere HD...so...after subscribing for 22 hd..I am getting now 21 HD....but I subscribe platinum HD package in terms of 22 HD...why should I recive only 21 HD?
I should have got star world premiere HD for my 22 HD subscribed period

tata sky ..already giving this channel to the mega pack user..who subscribed before chnanel announced.....

I understand..but as u send the list..that contains active 3d hd...I already paid for this packge..22 hd packge..but now I am not getting 3d hd..cause this is shutdown..so obviously I should get star world premiere HD as a replacemnt of it for my subscribed period

Coming back to topic : it seems that you are dealing with some nut officer now who has just now woke up from dream and have no idea what happened since morning in d2h this D2h customer care official is still unaware that Active 3D has been removed . Why didn't you replied to them with their own reply which they sent to you 1st stating that Active 3D had been removed from 29th.

Hey guys how does the subscription thing work? It says monthly 60Rs and annually 500Rs. So does it mean that each month we have to request them to extend the duration by paying out from the balance and similarly if it is annually, when each year ends. Might seem the question funny but i have no idea. Thanks

Nope tell them to activate Annual Addon pack and they will charge you Rs 500. Otherwise if you opt monthly option, Rs 60 will be deducted every month.

I don't get the whole "silent treatment" from the side of Videocon D2H on this channel being added. I couldn't find subscription details anywhere, apart from this forum. Are they really not interested in people knowing about this addition, or is their a secret pact with the broadcaster which is stopping them from revealing these things to their customers.

This was not the case with TS, Both SWpremiere and TS had equally shared the news, Why not D2H, why not??

And btw, Entertainment I tried texting the short code the numbers, they came back with a weird response: " Dear XXXX, this Add On is not available"
Saddened by this I didn't want to call their CC Just left it, for the time to heal these things...hehe

No option available to active this channel through web account.
