Here HP is there with Noise Reduction option in BIOS as In Dell Laptops .

Whenever you update software (Installation of Any Application) your HDD is simultaneously in read & write Process
and Sata HDD has 3.2Gbps of Writing Speed and 7200 Rpm of spinning speed that's why the Platter of HDD may cause Noise .

Hp pavilion g6. i wanted to buy Acer but only pink colour was availabe.

You had choosen the Right Laptop Acer Has Spare Problems .
