I think almost all DTH provides High Quality PQ of HD channels the thing which matter most is the PQ of SD channel.

Dish TV SD pq is far better than any other DTH in HD box.
In SD not good.

Dishtv is the only DTH who provides worst PQ in some of the channels we can easily compare them with Cable Network.

So in that case RDTV is brilliant in terms of picture quality of SD channels
