I think there is no need to worry....Let TS worry about it & find the solution....Better to inform CC / CEO NagPal by email if you are not getting your channels....

Based on the suggestion here I called TS helpline to install SATCR, they said not required even if you have spliiter installed in your HD+ box, 080 channel blank screen is not related to splitter and it will be reolved automatically.
