NEW DELHI: The Narendra Modi led NDA government has completed 100 successful days in power. And in these days, the Information & Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry has done its bit to woo the Media and Entertainment industry.

Listing the achievements was I&B Minister Prakash Javadekar, through a press meet in Delhi.
The government is launching a new 24x7 channel for the northeast called Arun Prabha in order to provide a strong platform for expression of cultural identities and for creating greater awareness regarding the region.

Even as a Task Force has been constituted to steer the remaining two phases i.e. phase III and phase IV of digitisation in India, the government has made efforts towards fulfilling the long pending demand of domestic manufacturers of Set Top Boxes to get tax concession (C Form benefit) in order to compete with imported STBs.

Who cares what kind of channels it is as DD is planning to launch more channels also they gonna encrypt the signals now many experts said it will effect dishtv but dishtv is confident about this.

In upcoming month DD and dishtv automatically going to create lots of headlines so I am eagerly waiting for it.

Signal encryption is not possible for dd freedish, atleast for current channels wont go for encryption there are too many user using fta stb which has no CAM. This is universal truth and known by dish tv also. Now another possibility is to change direction by dd freedish will not make any trouble for dish tv as they have ample of space to add some importan and dd channels

Yes you can say because if DD FD left Insat 4B then its a benefit of dishtv only as they can use it according to them and I don't think DD would have any problem to let it goes to dishtv also backup SAT of Insat 4B is heading to launch.

But I don't understand that from where the theory started that DD FD is going to shift in Gsat 10 Ku Band TP.
