Yes 60 cm is more than Enough. 90 cm is required only in North East which faces very heavy rainfall and those areas are having weak Signal footprints.

Yes, but say if I have that big d2h dish, I cud get NSS11 china beam more easily, as those signals r weak, and with a FTA receiver, we cud get channels.

I m no expert, still I get those channels without doing anything, just bcoz NSS11 n ses7 have a love affair going on....and I happen to be in the right part of India for that china beam.
Thus, It will be useful for me.
