Haven't used asus so not sure about that. Personally I used HP which has heat issues and Dell is perfect in the range

full HD or HD wont have much difference in small screens.

It's not that small, bro. I don't get the idea of HD screens still being used on most of the laptops. Even most of the smartphones come with full hd display these days.
