is it for gaming then U series processor is not one I would advise. I would advise m or p series processor. u series processor for ultrabooks and consume less current so the its sluggish when it comes to games.

You can go with any. It doesn't matter. All these companies are the same, I think.

They all use parts of different OEMs. Often the OEMs are the same on most laptops.
