I think all Popular matches will be Broadcast at in UHD and Broadcasters like 9, SKY, SuperSport will grab the opportunity to make some bucks from their country. Specially Sky Sports
I think 4K cameras are being installed only in one particular Stadium where finale is scheduled. So, all matches happening in that particular stadium will only be shot and shown to us in UHD.

Australia - 9 Network & Fox Sports,Definitely its a STAR's play consider the fact Sky and FOX are sister channel of STAR and I am not sure who gonna broadcasting at Australia
In American states it will ESPN I think.
Europe - Euro Sports 2,
India- China & Singapore - Star Sports.
So it seems India-Pak matches are scheduled in that particular Stadium where 4K camerae are installed....
