The problem with Cricket is ICC is not a neutral body and they show too much favour for India because of huge revenue it brings.

ICC World Cup format got changed in 2011 just because India got knocked out in group stage in 2007. I don't know any other reason for change in the format

Yes BCCI is giving funds to ICC so utna to woh log karenge hi only because of BCCI drs system was not used and ICC surrendered to them for that

BCCI not giving fund, ICC run by BCCI only. BCCI, ECB, AUS are 3 bigs who having controlling power of ICC Board. Shrini chairing that ICC Board. Revenues also divided according to controlling only even though stupid England out from World Cup will claim profit more then other small team.
