Here in srilanka no one have 2G.
If you have 3G sim then you can get 3G and if you have 4G sim then you can get 4G speed.
There is no different packages for 3G and 4G.
Same pack for both sims.
And sim card also free of charge and upgrade from 3G to 4G also free of charge.
