Bro this is all drama. Did indian agencies knew about headely till the time he was arrested and confessed in US? You cant stop people from entering the country or locals to make a video or click pics of any place. This is soo illogical to ban such a service. Street view just not shows the area but improves maps a lot. Who knows maybe they would have even fixed the house numbering as well. Possibilities are endless but the stupidity wins everywhere.
