IndiaCast will temporarily enter into an interconnect agreement with Amritsar-based multi-system operator (MSO) God Father Communication from 1 June 2015 at the rate of Rs 20 cost per subscriber (CPS) exclusive of all taxes. The Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) made it clear that this is a purely temporary arrangement without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and that the final rate at which the MSO will get the supply of signals from the distributor will be determined in this proceeding.
